BRC Fence is one of the most commonly used fencing solutions for defining and protecting various areas, including homes, warehouses, factories, offices, commercial buildings, schools, public facilities, and project sites. Its simple design keeps the surrounding area from feeling too enclosed because it is made from horizontal and vertical steel wires welded together at each intersection. The result is a neat-looking fence panel that is practical to use and easy to match with different building designs. BRC stands for British Reinforced Concrete. At first glance, it may look similar to wire mesh, but the structure and function of BRC Fence are specifically designed for fencing applications. One of its most recognizable features is the bent section at the top and bottom of the panel, forming a triangular profile. These bends give the fence its distinctive appearance while also helping to increase the rigidity of the panel. For those who want to keep an area looking spacious while still having a clearly defined boundary, BRC Fence can be an attractive option. Its open design allows visibility and airflow to remain unobstructed, making it suitable for residential yards, parking areas, schools, warehouses, factories, gardens, sports fields, and industrial areas. Installation is also quite practical because the panels can be combined with BRC posts and suitable fasteners. Simply measure the area that needs to be fenced, calculate the required number of panels and posts, and adjust the installation method according to the ground conditions on site. This means there is no need to build the entire fence frame piece by piece from scratch. BRC Fence is available in various panel sizes, wire diameters, and finishing options. Two of the most commonly found finishes are Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) and Electro Plating (EP). Both use a zinc coating, but the coating process and characteristics are different, so the right choice can be adjusted according to the installation location and project requirements. With Hot Dip Galvanized fencing, the material goes through a hot-dip galvanizing process to create a zinc coating that helps protect the steel against corrosion. This type is worth considering for outdoor areas or locations that require greater surface protection. Meanwhile, Electro Plating uses an electrochemical process and generally produces a thinner zinc coating compared with HDG. So, if you are unsure whether to choose HDG or EP, there is no need to guess. First, consider where the fence will be installed, how often it will be exposed to rain and moisture, how long it is expected to be used, and the available project budget. From there, it will be much easier to choose the BRC Fence type that best suits your needs. This product comes in a BRC Fence panel size of 150 × 240 cm with a 5 mm wire diameter. This means each panel is approximately 1.5 meters high and 2.4 meters long.
